We are delighted to confirm that we have been shortlisted for the North West ‘Business Masters’ Awards 2019.

Hosted by TheBusinessDesk.com, the Business Masters recognises leading businesses throughout the North West for their achievements throughout 2018.

We have been nominated for the ‘Investment Award’ thanks to the launch of our new website, updated brand and our new IT system ‘Aeromark’ in 2018. All represent substantial investments and developments for the business and we’re proud to recognise the efforts that have gone into all three projects.

Aeromark is our industry-leading service management software which enables our teams to efficiently manage over 30,000 calls a year. It gives our engineers the capability to get full asset information on site, including fault history, and to quickly pass requests onto team members in the office to order replacement parts. This new system has enabled us to improve our SLA offerings and increase our customer performance, as well as make efficiency savings to keep costs for our customers low.

Our new website and updated brand, launched towards the end of 2018, have developed our external image so that the capabilities, values and modern approach of the company are now properly reflected in our website. The Business Masters awards are being held on 7th March 2019 at ‘The Monastery, Manchester’ – an incredibly impressive venue that was once (…you guessed it!) a Monastery! Stay tuned to see how we do.
