Foxfields country hotel is a 44 bedroom hotel with four function rooms and a brand new 200 cover restaurant on site. Housed in their new extension, ‘Artisan Ribble Valley’ is a fresh, tasteful and contemporary restaurant-bar that brings ‘modern city dining to the country’. Acme were hired to fit out the new commercial kitchen & install air conditioning systems.
Foxfields Country hotel had an ambitious plan to build a restaurant-bar to a standard that the area had never seen before. As much for the local residents as the guests of the hotel, it promised to provide a setting like no other. Foxfields needed a commercial kitchen not just to serve this 200-seater restaurant, but the four function rooms too, as well as an AC system to match.
Acme were very accommodating and were able to fit in with our amended, tight timescale. They got every man to the pump and got the job done.
Robin said, "We're really pleased with the Air Conditioning & Kitchen that Acme have provided. It's very common to get teething problems, but we didn't get any with the kitchen & AC".
"We've got a beautiful open pass, so when customers are dining in the restaurant, they can see that great bit of thatre in the kitchen".
"Our aftersales service has been great - we have our own account manager who has been really approachable and checks up on us regularly."
Acme designed, specified and installed a commercial kitchen and air-con system. The kitchen was a turn-key project, so incorporated all aspects including M&E, extraction, floor & wall coverings.
Robin, Marketing Manager for Foxfields Hotel, said: "The kitchen doesn't get any respite. We commonly have a wedding party in conjuntion with a full restaurant. The design of the kitchen was really important so we could deal with both functions & restaurant guests".
"We got a great impression of Acme. They were very flexible around other trades on site".
Robin added, "Due to a delay from other contractors, Acme's timeslot had to be pushed back. They were very accommodating and were able to fit in with our amended, tight timescale. They got every man to the pump and got the job done.
