Wolf started in 2015 with the vision of changing the way that people accessed fresh Italian food. They wanted to make authentic dishes and flavours on available on-the-go, outside of the stereotypical, low-speed restaurant setting and provide a unique offering to the growing street food market.
The concept has proven incredibly popular and WOLF has expanded to 7 stores nationwide. We have supported WOLF in their most recent phase of store rollouts through planning, supplying and installing their catering, refrigeration and bespoke front-of-house counter solutions.
The engineers are good lads - They just crack on and get the job done. There have been some late nights but nobody complains. We are looking forward to working with Acme on our future projects

We have been working with WOLF for over 18 months on multiple UK sites, including their Manchester Arndale, Manchester Spinningfields, Nottingham & Wembley outlets. WOLF centres around a front-of-house bespoke counter which we specify, manufacture & install. With inset units for hot & cold hold as well as induction heating, these counters enable the customer to design their own piadas, salads and pastas, for staff to cook theatre-style, and for food to be prepared quickly to allow for high throughput at peak-traffic times.
